Go snorkeling at the Great Barrier Reef? Perhaps explore the outback or the rain forest? Then Queensland is for you!!! </li></ul><ul><li>Has a hot, humid climate in the summer comparable to the weather in Florida. </li></ul><ul><li>Now let's see what fun things Queensland offers! </li></ul>
  3. 3. Want to Explore in a Big City? Try Gold Coast! <ul><li>Gold Coast is a popular tourist destination in southeast Queensland. Whether you want to escape in the big city or relax on its beaches, this high rise paradise is perfect for any need. Be sure to enjoy certain attractions such as the Q1 building. Want to have a fun day? Try Dreamworld, Australia's largest theme park! </li></ul>
  4. 4. Seeking The Outdoors? The Daintree Rainforest <ul><li>The largest rainforest in the entirety of Australia. Looking to explore wildlife?About 30% of Australia's reptile, marsupial and frog species, 65% of the country's bat and butterfly species, and 20% of Australia's native bird species can be found within the Daintree. </li></ul>
  5. 5. Brisbane <ul><li>Brisbane, the capital of Queensland, makes the entire trip worth the visit. This city offers tourist attractions such as the Queensland Performing Arts Center. Look at that beautiful view! Don't you want to go there? </li></ul>

Australia's Great Barrier Reef!! <ul><li>The Great Barrier Reef is, in fact, the largest coral reef system in the world comprised of 2900 individual reefs. </li></ul><ul><li>Many species of animals are excluse to the reef. </li></ul><ul><li>A hot tourist attraction due to the large biodiversity the area offers. </li></ul>
  9. 9. Costs? <ul><li>Scuba Diving the great barrier reef with tourist companies often cost anywhere between $600-$1000 due to scuba training costs and tours. If you are looking to go without a tourist company, it is often closer to $100-200 for diving equipment. But do not let a heavy price deter you if you are looking for a fun vacation! The entire underwater environment is lit up by sunlight and the water is crystal clear! </li></ul>
