I have an app idea but
where do I get started?
First, consider if it's worth
it for you to learn
programming
Learning a new skill such as
programming requires a
lot of time and dedication
How much time do you
have and how much is your
time worth to you or your

business?
Your initial apps will be
simple beginner apps while
you're learning the ropes
and sharpening your skills.
It could be more worth it

to outsource your app if

your time is more valuable
for your business or if you
expect the app...
Consider your budget and
cost of managing a freelancer
if you decide to outsource.
If you decide to learn, there
are lots of resources to learn
online and many are free.
The only tool you need is free.
It's called Xcode and it's

what we use to write code.

It only runs on Macs however.
You can get Xcode from the
Mac App Store.

For tools on the PC, check out my other Q&A video.
To learn how to write code,
you need to learn the
programming language
called Swift

tutorials online. Just use
Google and search for
beginner Xcode tutorials.

learn and if it's worth your
time or whether it would be
better to outsource.
