  3. 3. Beliefs are those foundational, internal thought process that determine what I do. These Belief Systems act as “filters” as to what I will be potentially experiencing. I am broadcasting whether consciously or unconsciously. Hence I cannot change anyone. All I can do is change my attitudes and this may change how people react to me.
