  6. 6. MEETING ROLES • Which meeting roles will you add • How will those meeting roles display • How do I edit them • Will they be assignable • Will they be fillable • Can they repeat • Can they be auto-assigned Videographer Role Toastmaster Role
  7. 7. EDITING MEETING ROLES • Determine the role name and abbreviation • Enter the link to the Knowledge Base article • Answer Yes or No to the options • Save changes
  8. 8. THINGS TO DO IN CONTROL PANEL: CLUB OFFICER ROLES • Edit the role to include more or less permissions • Add new roles as required Edit to give VPM extra permissions to format the Home Page Add an Assistant VPE with Scheduling permissions
  9. 9. EDITING OFFICER SETTINGS • Determine how the officer role with display • Add the link to the Knowledge Base article • Select appropriate permission settings Permissions for an Assistant VPE
  10. 10. THINGS TO DO IN CONTROL PANEL: LOCATION MANAGER • Add new club meeting venues in the Location Manager • Edit existing club meeting venues when required Online Clubs: Add your Virtual (internet Meeting location)
  11. 11. VIRTUAL (INTERNET MEETING LOCATIONS) • Online meetings in GoToMeeting can be added like this
  12. 12. THINGS TO DO IN CONTROL PANEL: CLUB SETUP • Select the Club Setup option in Control Panel • Select the edit icon for the site you are setting up
  13. 13. CLUB SETUP PANELS • Full club name and short name • Admin email address • Links to club’s website and social media • Subdomain http://kingarthurs.districtwebmasters.org/
  14. 14. DISPLAY • Language and time zone • Date format • Privacy preferences • Other preferences Yes, to display member awards with their usernames Add local time zone for club
  15. 15. OPTIONS • Say Yes to use: • Membership Survey • Outstanding Toastmaster • New Visitors Chart • Photo Gallery of Members • Select Stats Calculation Dates Outstanding Toastmaster option provides a method of calculating annual awards
  16. 16. ROLE ALLOCATION When to make agenda visible? When to prevent online user changes? Who to send Speech detail to?
  17. 17. MEETINGS: TIME AND PLACE Set your default location: select from dropdown list

  19. 19. MEETINGS: PERMISSIONS • Select who has editing, assigning and follow up permissions
