  8. 8. Since information is power, such innovations are often met with scepticism and fear
  9. 9. The way we communicate changed dramatically over the last 15 years:

  11. 11. To Anyone can produce, copy and share anything to anyone
  12. 12. Scary!
  13. 13. We must try to overcome our scepticism and fears by learning to see the value these innovations bring.

  17. 17. Instead of being dismissive of this changing world, we looked how we could use it in our business model
