My name is Clemence and after travelling and living in different places around the world, I've decided to settle down in Sydney. I currently have a WHV but I will do everything I can to stay here.
I am a Digital Marketer specialised in Social Media. I have a Master degree in brand strategy with a major in advertising, and an MBA in web business with a major in digital marketing.
I have more than 3 years of experience in social media (SMM, SMO, SMA), community management and digital project management. Which also includes apps development, web design, emailing campaign, SEO, HTML & CSS and I have basics in PHP and JavaScript.
Passionate by social media I wrote a thesis to highlight the power of business development that social networks can provide to companies and brands. And I also wrote a thesis to prove the efficiency of the use of Gamification in digital marketing process.
I love developing my skills and learning new ones. I am curious, enthusiastic, motivated, organised, hard worker and I am a fast learner. I worked as much in companies group as in small businesses. My main mission was the optimization of the City Hall Magazine by making a market study, set up an action plan, create specifications
and seeking partners. My work allowed the City Hall to reduce the monthly magazine’s costs because of the new organisation, tools,
and partners I set up.
DOCKMASTER’S HOUSE RESTAURANT (UK) - MARKETING COORDINATOR & COMMUNITY MANAGER
I created all communication supports (in-house & externe) and I took care of the restaurant private events’ promotion in order to increase
the venue notoriety. I organised events such as conferences, birthdays, weddings, inauguration of the new cellar bar and also game night
for the EURO 2012. I had to brief the teams (floor, kitchen and bar) to optimize the organisation. I was in charge of the social media, I
animated the restaurant’s Facebook page and Twitter account to raise their community and I monitored the reviews online. I also
optimized the website by adding social networks buttons on it and a booking form.

My main mission was to update the data of the agency models in order to match the right profile with the right job. I created business
cards and brochures that they can spread during special events relating to the modelling world. The aim of my mission was to save time
for the agency, to sign more contracts and to increase its notoriety.
PUBLICIS (FR) - DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER JUNIOR
I was dedicated to the Renault budget for locals and nationals campaign such as radio campaign for the opens days in the Renault's
dealership, billboards campaign during the year 2014 in more than 30 towns in the South-West of France, local press campaign & associated
website to promote special events, web campaign with sponsored articles and ads.
I also worked on a web series with 3 French rugby club partners: The Golden Try Game, with 7 episodes for each club. Those have been
broadcasted on social networks in order to increase interactions and the number of fans.
I took part in the launch of the "Nouvelle Twingo", I worked on a dedicated website, an app game, and events which took place in several
towns in France. This experience made me learn how to manage several missions at the same time for the same client with specifics goals
and a substantial budget.
ETEAM (FR) - SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
My 1st mission was to create a Community Management (CM) offer in order to improve companies e-Reputation. I managed relationships
with all my clients. I started the CM by creating or modifying pages, set up the strategy (objectives, target) and the editorial policy (content,
tone, frequency).
To animate the community I had to create content (visual or textual), I also set up contest, I did moderation and launched ads campaigns. I
did monitoring for our clients to watch their competitors in order know what they were doing in and off-line.
I also did technological monitoring to be aware of every evolution or change in social media.
I was autonomous during a year and a half, so I had to coordinate myself to organise my workflow and being more efficient. I had to manage
differents clients accounts at the same time on several social and professional networks.
Social Media is under-estimate in France. Companies didn’t have a dedicated budget for ads campaign so I learn to optimize social ads
campaign with low budgets. I proved them the usefulness of social networks by increasing their notoriety and business, and how to reach
new customers. When we start growing, we start hiring too. As I was in charge of the social media department, I had to manage our new
team composed by 3 peolple.
