Projects Overview
1. Gaining wheelchair access to all top beaches in South Africa by means of paths ways placed
from dedicated parking bays to mid way on the beach ,Keeping tides in mind. Reach goal of top 5
beaches by December 2016 (Durban:Umhlanga, CPT: Blouberg and strand ,PE:Hobie Beach
,Plett:Central Beach)
2. Open Trauma counseling and rehab centre in northern and southern suburbs of cape town. Fully
funded physio treatments,training and fitness for all physically and mentally disabled individuals.
3. Wheels and heels annual “fun run” event. This event will be sending 50% of proceeds directly to
the cbm organistion
4. Mr ,Miss and Mrs Differently able SA to start 2018
5. Disabled venue APP called AMPT2live app, all venues,events,restaurants etc loaded to easily
asses where is and isn’t accessible in SA for wheelchairs

The AMPT2live Campaign was started on 1 January 2013 by Claudia Dalias. The aim over the first 2 years was to initially raise funds of R400
000 for Claudia’s first prosthetic symbionic leg. She managed to raise R120 000 in that year with amazing support from friends and family
through fundraiser events such as golf days, raffle draws and sponsorships from corporate enterprises and was able to buy an entry level
prosthetic in the mean while. Fundraising events such golf days,gala dinners and various other events was and still is the only means to
raise funds needed for claudia’s on-going treatments as well as her drive and enthusiasm to help others in need.
Claudia is the DirectorFounder of AMPT2live and has been able to register the Foundation as of Dec 2015. Ampt2live has a vision to change
“normal” society’s minds through advocacy, awareness events/fundraisers and educational programmes ,which claudia has done through
various events and over social media such as interviews with the Expresso show on SABC3 (youtube,Claudia Dalias), Goodhope FM
radio,Front page of Cape times and article in Womens health magazine, but still needs all the support available to achieve the goals set
forward to making changes to not only her life but of those also living with disabilities.
We thank you for your interest and support for the initiative. We really appreciate your kind and
generous Donations.
Event details
1. Beaches with wheelchair access
Date to be achieved by: Nov 2016
Location: Durban, CPT, Plettenberg Bay and PE
Sponsorship needed:
a) Funds and or building materials to lay the path ways and signage for all dedicated beaches,
Full breakdown of materials and or cash contribution being finalized with dedicated construction partner
b)Construction and labor costs
Once we have secured the needed sponsorship we can go forward to all local municipal offices in
each region and put forward our proposal to lay and maintain these beach path ways. The
municipalities and government up to date have not shown any interest in giving a budget for this
request and have made it clear that without us as Ampt2live making this available,the project will
not go forward.
2. Trauma and Rehab Centre’s
Date to be achieved by :January 2017 CPT Location
Location: Phase 1 CPT, Phase 2 JHB ,Phase 3 Durban
Sponsorship needed:
a) land and or already established officeswarehouse space. 1 In northern suburbs and 1 in
southern suburbs of Cape Town
b) Security (cctv,gaurds,alarms,fencing,gates,burgalar bars)
c) Hardware Materials (paint,flooring,lighting etc)
d) Volunteers (paint and clean)
e) Rehab and training Materials(will be sent to individuals interested, but include all pysio therapy
and training materials,wheelchairs,walking aids etc)
f) Cash donations to keep the “lights on”, pay utility bills etc
g) Teachers, trainers,physiotherapist students and full time employed to volunteer and or receive
minimal remuneration through donations from public
These centers will be free to all that need assistance with any physical and or mental challenge.
I have opened a transport company to do daily routes to fetch any individual who needs it
This would also need sponsoring to maintain and buy a fleet as the need grows.
3. Wheels and Heels Annual CharityFun Run
Date to be achieved: October 2016 (yearly event every Oct)
Location: Cape town
Sponsorship Needed:
Media and PR partner.
Brand Partners: Shoes, Gyms,Clothing, Wheelchair companies,Malls and Feminine hygiene brands
Signage and branding partner
Car dealership
Celebrity ambassadors
Beverage Brand (one to stick with yearly)
The idea and brain storm for this event stemmed from the glamour magazine event which hosted
stiletto run events regionally.
However didn’t include those with disabilities. The idea is to have abled and disabled entrants take
part in a series of races which ends with over all winners per individual race. This will include male
and female entrants alike and have a final race where celebs face off against each other with a trophy
(a shoe designed by a top SA designer) that is up for grabs each year.
The run is to happen in consecutive weekends starting in CPT,JHB and ending in Durban.
The logistics of the event are all worked out. Ampt2live is just in need of the above mentioned
partners to make it a reality.
4. Mr, Miss and Mrs Differently Able
This project has been my baby since 2012. With many negative out comes and feedback from all ive
spoken to. Im hoping to secure a large sponsor such as Cell C who run the Miss SA pagent. Until I
have more help on what running an event like this takes I am concentrating on the other at hand.
5. Ampt2live App
This app is to promote and help those living with disabilities with a platform of what
venues,concerts,events,restaurants,etc are accessible and or just fun for all to take part in
and or go see.
I want to do a cross SA campaign calling on all aboved mentioned owners to invite AMPT2live
to their facility and have them loaded to the App making it easier for those living with
challenges the opportunity to plan a fun holiday or just get to go out in their own communities
without the hassles of daily issues that arise around mobility or access.
Sponsorship needed; App designer and full IT specialist on call for any technical assistance
The cash donation to keep the app running
Car dealership to assist with transport for a team to do the “tour”
Photographer and camera crew
Security
Franchise for daily meals
Cash donations to pay for facilities not open to housing us on stay over etc
Target markets
Local business owners and corporate who pride themselves on support for the local community.
Brands who need to open the way for people living with disabilities
Media and PR partners who want to be involved as a caring and helpful branch rather than
money hungry
Clientele of the above, Which in hand is a lead in Supporting other local businesses
Marketing plan
Due to the fundraising nature of these particular projects, paid marketing is kept to a minimum at the
moment as Ampt2live is only 2 months old with no sponsors to maintain a budget as of yet.
Preference instead is for editorial support from the local media
Website and e-marketing
The Ampt2live website is up and running but needs financial support to pay for IT to update regularly.The
use of all other social media is up on facebook,Linkedin and twitter.Therefore any and all sponsors will be
listed to those and then eventually on the web page with links to their businesses.
Leverage ideas
For many years sponsorship has been about how many times a sponsor can get their logo in front of
an audience. However, today’s acute and aware sponsors realise that sponsorship has changed and it
is no longer about a sponsor/sponsee relationship.
New generation sponsorship is about the win-win-win relationship, sponsor/sponsee/audience. Good
sponsors now want to know how they can add value to their relationships with their target markets and
events are a key conduit allowing businesses to do just this.
The goal of astute sponsors today is to add small, meaningful added-value benefits to all or most of
your target markets and these fall in to two categories:
 Adding value to the event experience – making the experience of attending the event more
convenient, fun, interactive or personal, or
 Adding value to the brand experience – making the experience of being your customer better.
With this in mind, sponsors to any of the Ampt2live events could do a number of leverage
activities to make the most of their sponsorship including:
Client Competition
Hold a competition amongst your clients in the month leading up to the event day with the prize being a
team member ticket to the event. Due to the great social atmosphere of the event day, it is a
good way to get to know your clients better.
Company business card draw on your sponsored table etc
If you have some great product or service you would like to promote then why not run a business card
draw with that great product/service from your sponsored area on the day to help build up contacts and
leads.
These are just some ideas that our team came up with to help you leverage and make the most out of
your sponsorship investment.
Sponsorship Levels
 These are still to be determined according to the interest shown in a specific project above ,by the
sponsor request for more information we at Ampt2live will compile a detailed sponsorship pertaining to
the individual and what level and or budget has been given
