  • There’s a social conversation going on right now, on line, about you or your company. People share recommendations, good experiences and bad. It’s important for you to be a part of the conversation both for reputation management AND to influence the conversation. Social media is FREE in terms of dollars but VERY EXPENSIVE in terms of your time, so it’s important for you to have a plan and use your time wisely.

    10. 10. Facebook Groups were very popular. PostSecret has more than 41,000 members in this group. The admin can e-mail them to their Facebook inbox BUT this doesn’t automatically show up in the members steam.
