2. 2. Materials needed:

Maybelline EyeStudio palette (in Sapphire Siren)

 5. 5. Black liquid eyeliner

 7. 7. Eyelash adhesive
 8. 8. Eyeshadow brushes

Step 1:
Apply the primer to the full eyelid using your ring finger. Use small amounts until a slight white covering appears on your eyelid (like the picture to the right, but smoothed out and more faded). Use your ring finger to smooth out the primer.
9. 9. Step 2:
Using an eyeshadow brush (or foam-tip applier), apply dark blue eyeshadow to full eyelid.
10. 10. Step 3:
Clean off the brush/applier. Then apply the white eyeshadow to the inner third of the eyelid. *Smooth it out into the rest of the shadow using a BRUSH ONLY (if available).
11. 11. Step 4:
Using the lighter blue-green eyeshadow, cover the dark blue eyeshadow. Blend the harsh lines between the different colors.
12. 12. Step 5:
Use a SMALL amount of the black eyeshadow and outline the outer “V” to accentuate the shadow.
13. 13. Step 6:
Lightly apply more white eyeshadow to the browbone. Blend any harsh lines.
14. 14. Step 7:
Apply the black liquid eyeliner to the lid. End in a wing.
Apply the silver eyeliner to the bottom waterline.
(black)
(silver)
15. 15. Step 8:
Apply the false lashes as close to your real lashes as possible. To do this, you must:

apply a small line of lash glue to the end of the false lash. Blow in it until it gets sticky, then apply it to your eyelid.

All done! ;)
