to require you to not disclose
private information of any
defendant. PERIOD.

5. It’s A Lie!

6. The truth is that the law has
not even active even though
the officials at the local
courthouses tell me that law
firms and others are already
submitting these “disclosure
forms”

7. In addition when it becomes
active it only applies to the
defendants not the plaintiffs

8. This means law firms, and
other companies will never
have to do this without a
defendatt proactively
requesting this

9. I discovered this by actually
going down personally to the
local courthouse and speaking
with managers and employees

10. What they told me is the many
in the legal field are
misinformed

11. Some firms are even sending
over 1000+ cases with these
“Non-disclosure” forms and this
is backfiring because they are
putting these docs in a
“special section”

You do not want to be in this
“Special Section”

13. This is Big!

14. So what does this mean for you?
This means that first don’t
submit these forms because its
only applicable if the defendant
provides a written notice to the
courts

informative updates

the courts directly when its an
issue that is affects them
