LETTER OF REFERENCE
Good day!
I am writing this letter of reference for Christina Moore.
I’ve known Christina for the past 6 years-both personally and professionally. Professionally I
was a peer as well as her Underwriting Manager when I was in Loss Mitigation.
When I was her Underwriting Manager, Christina was one of my top performing Underwriters.
Her attention to detail and ability to adapt to the constant changes that became part of
underwriting allowed her to standout. During my time as Underwriting Manager her scores were
never less than 95%. When we were training an offshore group to learn an underwriting process,
I had chosen Christina because I knew she had the patience, management skill set and ability to
handle the project. She also served as SME (Subject Matter Expert) when we updated policy and
procedures. She was also tasked to work numerous high level reports because she is able to
work without any supervision, the ability to take direction and process information quickly and
also her ability to communicate the final outcome to various levels of management.
Christina’s skill set (project management skills, work ethic, ability to adapt to change, attention
to detail and ability to speak to any level of peers , management and senior level management)
makes it possible for me to offer this recommendation without any qualms - she would be a
welcome addition to your team / group.
If you would like to speak to me in more detail about Christina, you can reach me at the
following:
Work Number: 301-714-5886
Cell number: 717-261-6782
Email Address: mark.w.lohr@citi.com
I appreciate your time.
Sincerely,
Mark W. Lohr

LETTER OF REFERENCE
To Whom It May Concern:
This is to certify that Christina Moore has been an employee of CitiMortgage, Inc., from October
2004 through October 2005 and since October 2008 to current.
During her tenure, we found her to be proactive and a self-starter who is highly motivated. She
has exceptional learning capabilities, is duty bound and a committed team player. She possesses
a strong conceptual knowledge of the FHA Loss Mitigation Underwriting Guidelines and
requirements. Christina works well in a fast paced environment, providing a quick resolution to
all required and requested tasks.
During her service at CitiMortgage, Inc., Mrs. Moore has proven to be efficient, punctual and
hardworking and has performed all tasks assigned to her at an exceptional level. She continually
went above and beyond to assist her fellow teammates, and borrowers. She was also a key
person with developing new and improved policies and procedures for the department, as well as
training her peers whenever the need arose.
We strongly recommend her and wish her all the best in her future endeavors.
Sincerely,
Abraham Perez, III
