The owner Christian Sampson has extensive experience in the roadside and home assist
industry and has maintained an excellent relationship with all the call centres.

Christian Sampson actively manages the business on a day to day basis. He has 20 years’
experience in this field and a strong foundation in the industry. Dealing with many corporate
clients including First Assist Management, International SOS, Izinga Access, Liquid Capital,
Global Choices, The Automobile Association, VWSA, BMWSA, Reg Alert and many more.
Christian is also responsible for marketing and sales of the business.
His experience with the Automobile Association gave him a firm foundation in the Call Centre
industry. He attended numerous Call Centre expos and completed internal and external
courses.
2. Dealing mainly with the corporate sector of the AA, has linked Christian to different industries
which has benefited him tremendously. This entailed dealing with various companies such as
Unisys, Dell, Comtech, Fleetcall and Dimension Data. He worked hand in hand with CS Holding
in developing the AA computer system called “Cares” and also improved the AA Mayday screen
to assist the call centre agents in rendering medical assistance as efficiently as possible.
At First Assist Management Christian worked hand in hand with all the Directors and
implemented new and valuable processes; he managed a 150 seated Call Centre, which
included Call Centre Agents, Team Leaders, Supervisors, National Dispatch, First Road and I-
Way Dispatch, Release Department, Customer Care and Tracking. The business maintained a
large group of clients (Telesure Group, CIB insurance, Mi-Way, Europe Assistance, ISOS,
McCarthy Club, and many more). He was responsible for recruiting new staff for the Call Centre
and handled all the disciplinary procedures. Christian is also qualified and has acquired the
necessary accreditation in order to assess and train individuals in the processes of roadside
assistance and home assistance.
