About Christian is an education advocate. He helped write Cheyney University’s 30 year redevelopment plan. He is a business man who has built the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) headquarters on the University of Maryland’s Campus. He also wrote Washington, DC’s 2014 children budget. He helped Washington, DC’s Department of Employment Services structure and win a $80 million dollar (Pathways out of Poverty) grant.
