Our team
Matt Lumsdaine
Matt Lumsdaine provides mentoring, training, keynote speaking and workshop facilitation. He teaches
that we can transform conflict into creative, constructive activity and find massive productivity gains
through peace and helps implement that knowledge for leaders and in their organisations. Both
productivity and creativity can get lost in the battleground of business unless we provide the right
type of leadership and support.
His core focus is:
• Empowering confident and influential leaders,
• Creating effective business cultures free of unproductive conflict, and
• Increasing well being in the workplace (and beyond)
Having studied and taught Philosophy for more than 25 years in parallel with a successful corporate
career, Matt has dedicated his life to the pursuit of wisdom. However, he is no “armchair
philosopher”. His passion is the practical application of tried and true knowledge to improve our
businesses, society and indeed our own lives.
