Fruit and vegetables contain VITAMIN AND MINERALS. Oil, butter, chorizo, cheese and nuts contain FATS. Meat, fish , eggs, nuts and milk products contain PROTEINS.

PROTEINS HELP US GROW AND REPAIR BODY TISSUES. HELP US TO STAY HEALTHY WE NEED TO DRINK WATER TO LIVE EVERY DAY.
