Having grown several businesses from startup to scale I understand what is required to power progress. My experience over the last 3 years has been in AI/Natural Language Processing and the application of 'conversational interfaces' (voice assistants and chatbots). I believe the future of engaging with any brand will be through these types of intuitive interactions, because it is faster, and the trick is to deploy an assistant that works seamlessly across all channels.
