April 2019 I delivered this talk to a Mobile UX meetup who were interested in how to think about the opportunity in creating voice skills on Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa and what we had learned over the last 4 years working in this space. We talk through our experiences with brands like Marriott and Diageo and how we're thinking about the future.
