    “ChannelAdvisor’s Newest Product Release: October 2019.” My name is Greg Ives. I’m a product marketer here at ChannelAdvisor and I’ll be your host today.

    The October product release really reinforces how much we focus on providing our clients with the solutions they need to stay ahead of the competition.

    We’ve got some really exciting updates to our support for eBay, Instagram, and Amazon Advertising.

    We’ve also been busy making reporting enhancements to our Where to Buy solution.

    I’ll run through all of the details in a moment, but before we begin, let’s cover a few housekeeping items.

  • A major component of how we help brands and retailers is by maximizing visibility to their customers - no matter the marketplace and selling channel. That’s why we’re constantly adding new channels to our support.
  • I know a lot of you are going to be excited about this one. I know we are. ChannelAdvisor now supports Checkout on Instagram.

    For those of you not familiar this new offering, Instagram has removed a lot friction for potential customers and made IN-APP purchases easier and more secure.

    Users are able to place orders directly within Instagram using the payment credentials they have saved on file. Obviously this will open up a lot of new selling opportunities for brands.

    Please note that Checkout on Instagram is currently only available to select and approved merchants. Feel free to reach out to us directly if you would like to learn more about this process.
  • ChannelAdvisor has also added new support for a handful of marketplaces.

    For sellers in the US and UK looking to sell in South Africa, ALL SALE CLUB specializes in apparel, personal care items and toys.

    Next, Coedition is a US marketplace that specializes in plus-sized fashion.

    And MORE COMMERCE is a marketplace designed for small and medium sized brands selling in the US.

  • We’ve got some exciting news for our ebay sellers - we now support “SELLER OFFER TO BUYER”
  • For those not familiar, SELLER OFFER TO BUYER is ebay’s new approach to shopping cart recovery.

    In the past, when an ebay customer would leave a product in their cart, sellers didn’t have a way to re-engage with them.

    Now, you’ll be able to email the customer an incentive, whether its 5% off, 10% off or whatever... to entice them to come back to ebay and complete the purchase.

    The amount of the incentive is completely determined by you - depending on your business goals.

    By adding new touchpoints with customers, this could be a great way for sellers to see an increase in sales and GMV on ebay.
  • Next, we’ve been busy adding to our Amazon Advertising solutions. We’ve got two new offerings to review today - the first being Keyword Automation for Sponsored Products.
  • Fortunately, ChannelAdvisor has automated the Keyword generating process to save you time and remove the wasted spend.

    Instead of spending hours manually pulling keyword reports every week, set up only takes minutes.
  • You’re able to create and assign rules based on performance criteria that aligns with your business needs.

    You also have complete control to run it as often as it makes sense. And you’re able to apply these rules across Amazon Advertising to save even more time.

    There’s probably a lot of you right now who are celebrating the idea of getting all of that time back. - I know because our account managers are doing the same thing.
  • Next, we’re also excited to announce support for Sponsored Display - Amazon’s new retargeting solution.
  • For those of you wondering what retargeting is, I’m sure you’ve all received display ads of the products you’ve visited on a seller’s site trying to convince you to come back and make a purchase.

    This is similar to what Sponsored Display is for Amazon. Sellers will be able to serve product display ads to amazon shoppers who viewed one of their products but left without buying.

    This will be a great way to reach potential customers OUTSIDE of Amazon in hopes of driving them back to complete the purchase.
  • ChannelAdvisor’s support for Sponsored Display will allow you to view campaign performance across all Amazon Advertising types in a single platform.

    This centralized approach lets you compare the performance of Sponsored Products to all of your other advertising and marketplace efforts at a higher level as well.

    And finally, you’ll be able to save time by automatically adding and removing products from your campaign based on select criteria.

    We think you’re really love to love this new offering.
  • For our Where to Buy users - you’ve probably noticed a bunch of enhancements to the reporting interface.
  • Our new 360 Analytics dashboard gives brands a more comprehensive look at retailer performance across both Where-to-Buy Online and Product Tracker.

    In addition to enhancing the overall user experience, we’ve made it easier for users across an organization to customize the reports that are most important to them - no matter their role.
  • With immediate access to complete and accurate data, brands are able to make quicker decisions and ultimately improve performance.
