and fitness classes are FREE!
Personal trainer, Shawn Philpot will
be in the fitness center on Monday
and Wednesday nights at 7 pm and
Friday mornings at 7 am. Shawn
does a 30 minutes group class with
alternating stations for a full body
workout. You can start joining in at
anytime. Hope to see you there!
Texas Rangers Hot Dog Day:
Join us in the clubhouse and
outdoor lounge Saturday, July 16th.
The game will be on inside and
outside at 1:20 pm. We'll serve hot
dogs, chips, and drinks so just
bring your Texas Ranger spirit!
Sundae Funday: Stop by for a
delicious treat in our clubhouse on
Sunday, July 31st from 1 pm to 5
pm. We will have a self serve ice
cream bar set up for you!

Our 3rd floor, two bedroom model is
only $125 per night to rent as a
guest suite and requires a deposit
to reserve.
You can also rent out the poolside
cabanas with TV's and mini fridges
for $25 all day!

Please remember to pick up after your pet, even in the dog park. We have 5 stations
set up with doggy bags and a trash can for your convenience. No pets are allowed
to be left unattended at any time, including being locked out on the balconies. If you
need to add a pet to your lease, please do so in the office to avoid any unauthorized
pet fees.
Pet Policies
Pool Rules: We will be closing the pool at 10 pm every night. Only 2 guests per
resident are allowed, and you must have pool bands on. New bands will be issued
shortly, please keep an eye out for the notice with details. Please remember absolutely
no glass or pets are allowed anywhere in the pool area. Also don't forget that the
cabanas are for rental use at $25 a day!

Reminders
Renewals: If your lease expires this month, let us know what you'd like
to renew for. We will need a copy of your current renter's insurance. We
also require a 60-day written notice to vacate. Contact the leasing office
for any questions.
