2. INTRODUCTION
❖ Spreadsheet is added in pivot view in Project module.
❖ Can add different regular reports to spreadsheet.
❖ Similar feature is available in pivot view in all the modules.
❖ The spreadsheet helps to get reports based on the latest database.

3. ❖ Project > Reporting > Task Analysis > Pivot View.

4. ❖ Customize Pivot view according to requirements insert additional measurements, rows and
columns using ‘+’ in the rows and columns.

5. ❖ Click on the INSERT TO SPREADSHEET button after customization.

6. ❖ You will be redirected to Spreadsheet view. You can rename File from here.

7. ❖ Apply filter to customize the spreadsheet. Click on the filter symbol in the right side (Image 1),
below the User name, Customize based on need and Save (Image 2). After saving you can sort
according to the filter (Image 3).

8. ❖ Contains different formatting options.
