TrainingOmni has available to its clients, training aimed for Organizationalgrowth, through the target audience being;Sorters:• Short sharp focussed sessions held with staff who are responsible for removing of waste from common areas.• This target group, generally comprises of cleaning and kitchen staff.• Primary objective, ‘sorters’ are educated on different types of waste, recyclable and non-recyclable items, how to identify waste items, and sort them into recyclable bins.Waste Awareness:• Held with staff who operate in various roles within the organization.• ‘Awareness’ may be achieved in a number of ways, such as the e-mailers mentioned earlier, to Team Building activities which could serve a dual purpose.• Sustainability however would be achieved through implementation of Green Teams. © Omni HR Consulting (Pty) Ltd
