Mistakes can lead you to success. 1. Social, academic, emotional intelligence. 2. Personal, professional, family and friends. To learn you have to get outside and try, experiment.

What if it could be cyclical or overlapping? • Learning can happen in formal or informal contexts. • Create leaders, mentors, facilitators, coach's. • The future is to humanize technology and create share learning (global community). • Finding a purpose to guide acts, thoughts and feelings= passion. • To learn its important to try, get out of the comfort zone, experiment and “untarse”. • Life and happiness is more about balancing than success in term of money, goods and positions.
