民間消費復甦 消費品進口攀升
主計總處發佈最新消費者物價指數(CPI),由於春夏服飾新品上市、油料費用上揚及菸
稅調漲影響,4月CPI年增率達1.98%,直逼中央銀行的2%警戒線,市場憂心通膨,但主
計總處認為,若扣除蔬菜、水果及能源後的核心CPI僅1.3%,整體物價仍算溫和平穩。推
升4月CPI的力道,主要原因是香菸價格上漲三成六,以及油價比去年同期上漲12%。至
於米、鮮奶、雞肉、麵包及衛生紙等17項重要民生物資,4月價格年增率2.93%,中止連
續第三個月漲幅超過3%。而4月衛生紙、面紙及紙巾價格漲幅高逾一成,創下逾九年來新
高;沐浴用品增幅也達6.77%,創下五年半來新高。[經濟日報2018/05/09]
經濟景氣增溫、國內消費動能回升,2017年消費品進口達340.2億美元、今年1至4月共114.9億美元,均為歷年同期最高,其中
以進口車及藥妝用品增幅最大。以去年及今年前4月的進口消費品觀察,統計處指出,以食品佔比約四分之一為大宗,其次為家
用資電約佔兩成。但比較2011年與2017年的進口規模,進口車從2011年的35億美元,成長到去年的51億美元,七年共增加近
五成為最多,且國人偏愛德國、日本的進口小客車,兩國進口比例各佔三分之一。藥妝用品也從40億美元成長到54億美元,增
幅達34.7%,不過因品項眾多及市場競爭, 輸入來源較為分散,藥品向以德、美、法為主要進口國,去年愛爾蘭佔8.6%,升至
第四;美妝除日、美、法三大傳統來源外,南韓也明顯增加,去年佔7.8%。以消費品的進口國來看,去年我消費品自大陸進口
佔26%最多,日、美分別佔11%、10%,三國併計佔近五成。[工商時報2018/05/08]
4月CPI強升1.9% 逼近警戒線
資服業Q1營業額年增3.1% 連續11季成長
受惠於手機遊戲軟體與企業用戶整合電腦軟硬體服務需求增加,資訊服務業今年第1季營業額新台幣648億元,年增3.1%,創近
5季最大增幅,也是連續第11季正成長。經濟部統計處公佈首季資訊服務業、專業技術服務業、租賃業營業額統計,其中資訊
服務業受惠於電腦系統設計服務業,年增3.6%,創歷年同季新高,表現最亮眼;資料處理及資訊供應服務業則因入口網站競爭
激烈,抵銷部分增幅,年增僅0.7%。廣告業及市場研究業因市場研究及民調業務增加,年增1.5%。[中央社2018/05/10]
手機應用研究機構App Annie公佈4月份全球熱門App榜單,王者榮耀穩坐全球收入最高的
遊戲寶座,且全球下載量前十的非遊戲類App中,大陸廠商包辦半數。根據App Annie榜
單,全球最大遊戲商騰訊依舊領銜手遊排行,全球遊戲App下載榜中,騰訊「絕地求生:
刺激戰場」保持榜首,而網易手遊「第五人格」竄升至第十。在遊戲App收入榜方面,仍
是騰訊與網易兩大遊戲商的天下。同時,此次以今日頭條為首,陸企在非遊戲類App更進
一步造出佳績。全球下載量前十高非遊戲App中,阿里的「UC瀏覽器」第五,今日頭條的
「抖音短視頻」、「musical.ly」、「火山直播」居六、八、十名。全球收入前十高的非遊
戲App,則幾乎是影視軟體天下,BAT旗下影視平台均入榜挑戰排行首位的網飛。騰訊視
頻排行第三、百度旗下愛奇藝排行第四、阿里旗下優酷升至第六。[工商時報2018/05/12]
透過租賃方式取得用車,不再只是企業法人或公司老闆獨享,近來各租車公司陸續推出
「個人租賃」業務。用車「以租代購」風潮漸興,近年來台灣透過租賃取得用車的比重,
站穩於10%以上,然仍遠低於歐美國家超過三成的水準,關鍵在於「個人租賃」業務風氣
尚未打開。據了解,目前個人租賃佔整體租賃車市場比重僅約2%,顯示還有極大的發展潛
力,也吸引各家租車業者陸續投入。[工商時報2018/05/14]

4月全球最火App 大陸包半
咖啡市場首見兩大對手結盟。瑞士食品大廠雀巢宣佈,將先支付71.5億美元現金取得星巴克產品的全球行銷權。而星巴克的產
品將透過超市和餐廳等雀巢的全球經銷網絡販售。雀巢不會從這件交易獲得任何實體資產,而是取得星巴克連鎖咖啡店以外的
星巴克產品全球行銷權,等於除了現有的咖啡品牌外再加入Starbucks Reserve、Seatle's Best Coffee和茶品牌Teavana,但不
包括星巴克的瓶裝或罐裝咖啡,也不含星巴克店內本身銷售的產品。星巴克約有500名員工將加入雀巢,而雀巢將和星巴克在
一個品牌董事會下合作開發新品。[經濟日報2018/05/08]

食藥署實施食品廣告新制,若食品廣告涉及廣告不實、宣稱醫療效果甚至損害身體健康、致死,不僅將按違規次數大幅提高罰
鍰金額,也可要求產品下架並廢止其食品業者登錄。根據衛生福利部食品藥物管理署統計,民國106年共有4647件違規廣告,
裁罰新台幣1.28億元,平均每件僅開罰2萬7,000多元,因罰金過低,業者似乎不在乎,繼續廣告販售。食藥署公告相關新制,
同一產品廣告如在一年內第五次違規,罰金高達100萬元,如情節重大,衛生機關可要求業者不得販賣、供應或陳列違規廣告

儘管爆發政治顧問公司在未經臉書用戶允許下,就蒐集上千萬用戶個資的事件,但根據路透社/易普索(Reuters/Ipsos)民
調,多數美國用戶仍對臉書不離不棄。路透社/易普索在4月26到30日進行的民調發現,約一半臉書的美國用戶表示,他們最
近使用臉書頻率沒有改變,另外1/4的用戶表示使用臉書頻率增加。剩下的1/4用戶則表示,他們最近使用頻率減少、已經停用
臉書或刪除帳號。這意味減少使用臉書的用戶,與增加使用臉書的用戶比例大致打平,所以沒有出現明顯的用戶淨減或淨增。

Google挑戰付費新聞業務 保證看到真訊息
假新聞或虛假資訊爆發性成長, Google在2018 開發者大會中宣佈,將推出付費的「Google新
聞」服務。Google指出,過去Google僅是將合作媒體的新聞組織起來,以便讓讀者容易地看到同
一主題的一系列資源。現在的Google新聞利用AI技術,讀者點閱時持續不斷地傳送行為,經過機器
學習去分析,找出故事情節。也就是Google新聞會了解新聞故事發展過程中涉及的人物,地點和事
物,並將期間的關聯聯繫起來,綜合訊息後將其整合在一起,以幫助讀者了解發生的情況以及影響
或反應。相關的服務需要付費,Google並未公佈金額,但未來讀者可以利用Google帳戶付費支持
