What is the CambridgeshireAtlas?
-A display tool to allow users view interactive atlases, profiles or key indicator reports. 
-Combines maps, tables, charts and graphs of data trends for different local geographies and themes.
-Enables the Research and Performance Team to create highly-interactive profile reports that combine statistics and map data.
-Improves data visualisation, enhances communication and can engage people in more informed decision making.
-Easy to use and helps users to understand complicated socio-demographic datasets quickly.
-Atlases covering a wide number of themes are available (and growing…).

Overview – What is the CambridgeshireAtlas?  A display tool to allow users view interactive atlases, profiles or key indicator reports.  Combines maps, tables, charts and graphs of data trends for different local geographies and themes.  Enables the Research and Performance Team to create highly- interactive profile reports that combine statistics and map data.  Improves data visualisation, enhances communication and can engage people in more informed decision making.  Easy to use and helps users to understand complicated socio- demographic datasets quickly.  Atlases covering a wide number of themes are available (and growing…).

Hover over ward areas to display the associated data Data crumb trail show the data categories and variable currently on display Filter the data by a selected geography Download the data in Excel format Select data by theme and variable Onscreen metadata Map Legend Change thematic map display Display contextual geographies Display background mapping Control the legend colour palette and numeric display Comparator data Interactive selectable ranked bar chart with comparison values Print the customised report Map comprises background layer, thematic layer and contextual layer All of the report elements are customisable for the end user Table view allows user to select and sort the data for each geography Functionality

It allows users an efficient easy way to: Access and share data, information and research. Find and download reports. Discover research intelligence for deeper insights about their local area. Provide information to act as a valuable planning tool to support strategic planning for the growth and development of services in the county and surrounding areas.
