Service is delivered to the customer via an RJ45 electrical Ethernet handoff from Integra’s Ethernet switch to the customer’s router. Optionally, the customer may lease a router from Integra. One static IP address is included. Other options include larger blocks of IP addresses, email and web hosting services. Service is delivered by combining up to 8 pairs of phone-grade lines from the Central Office to the customer premises. Service levels that Integra can deliver are dependent upon the distance, wire gauge, and pairs available. The graph below shows an example of the service available. Customer-specific levels are determined via Integra’s loop qualification process.
