Click “Forgot password?” under the
A pop-up window will appear instructing you
to enter your Member Portal username.
Type your username in the box and click
If the username is registered, you will receive
confirmation that your request was submitted correctly.
Check your email for further instructions.

In the email, you will be provided with a
custom secure link to reset your password.
Copy the link.

Paste the link in your web browser.
You will be asked to enter a new password —
it must contain at least 8 characters, 1
number and 1 non-alphanumeric character.
