Burseldon's second planning application has been submitted

Bursledon 2nd Draft Submission made!

We are pleased to announce that we have reached another significant step in the planning process with Eastleigh Borough council and submitted our 2nd formal submissions in response to the councils Draft Local Plan. This follows very positive response to our initial submission early last year as well as on-going discussion with the council and takes advantage of some very important benefits our site has over competitive sites that are being considered alongside ours. Further details can be found within the Bursledon Planning Update but the next step is representation at the public hearing stage early this year.
