What you may not know
Security: Market Dojo is "hosted" on Google Cloud, which checks a lot of the security boxes. A single
instance, multi-tenanted solution means that there is only ever one version of Market Dojo. Data is
segmented with security encrypting that is "on the same level of on-line banking." A testimony their
security measures is their reference working with "advanced" and security-minded organizations
such as air defence.
Historical Data:Under the umbrella of complete and continuoustransparency, Market Dojo clients
have complete access to their data even if they are no longer a customer of the provider. Through
this access to historical data, they can “clone” past events, create templates as well as libraries of
events to streamline futureactivity.
Marketplaces & Integration: Recognizing the big trend towardsenterprises moving into ecosystems
with best of breed “off the shelf” tools Market Dojo “unites data in a single place” through Microsoft
API. The provider has also built a marketplace under the brand Bonfire to enable small businesses to
secure quotes from suppliers for raw materials such as steel and brass. Taking the Bonfire offering
to a customizable level can put a "new skin" over the Market Dojo engine to build a self-branded
auction tool marketplace.
Cost Justification: Theprovider offers an easy-to-use, low-cost (500 £) entry path to its solution,
promising a quick ROI. They cite an example where after investing 500 £, a large OEM ran a one-off
auction for non-metallic fasteners that delivered savings of $50 million over a 5-year contract.
Results like this have led many on-demand users of the platform to upgradeto their enterprise
capability offering.

CPO ARENA PANEL ASSESSMENT
Michael Cadieux: Aclean platform, good usability. Seems simplistic in RA and
sourcing space. A definite yes regarding people “taking a look at it.”
Quotable Soundbite: I am candidly quite shocked that a group of engineers
actually got something that functions this well and easily – so kudos to your UI
person – and I say this with all the respect of the engineers in the world, but I
have seen some drastic engineering nightmares going wrong on the UI.”
Canda Rozier: I like the User Interface – it is great, as well as like it being an on-
demand model. I would also suggest that people “take a look” at it.
Quotable Soundbite: Onesuggestion per Michael (Cadieux) I would like to know
more regarding how you can handle vendor sourcing, as well as diversity and
inclusion, and complex sourcing.
Hervé Legenvre: Simplicity and practical vision. Definitely worth a look.
Quotable Soundbite: Their story of a client using their e-auction facility over
the weekend was really great as it shows how fast users can achieve
autonomy. The point about having a sandboxwhere you can practice without
even registering was great, and their customer service points - you get an
answer within minutes was good too.
Joseph Yacura: Lookslike a great product, and I highly recommend that
people "take a look."
Quotable Soundbite: Would like to know more about attributes such as
services, andother factors beyond unit price such as warranty aswell as
softwareupgrade path. Overall a great looking product.

Cheryl Hayes: It is user friendly which is important to me, I too would like to
know more about supplier diversity andinclusion as well as sustainability is
something, I would think about incorporating into this tool.
Quotable Soundbite: Agreat tool.
