  4. 4. <ul><li>Fortunately, you can find an effective treatment of panic attacks so you needn't worry </li></ul>
  5. 5. <ul><li>It is recommended to talk to your loved ones especially if you are experiencing such attacks more frequently </li></ul>
  6. 6. <ul><li>Remember, you are not alone </li></ul>
  7. 7. <ul><li>There are other people who suffer from this condition, and many have already won the battle against panic… </li></ul>
  8. 8. <ul><li>… because they chose to do something about it </li></ul>
