  17. 17. Mobile Psycho-technology: Voice messages by Mobile Phone for Emotional Regulation.<br />RESULTS<br />Other results:<br /><ul><li>Positive correlation between the quantity of messages heard (p<.01) and CECAD total score.

The more messages listened, the better benefits achieved, according to: the total score of CECAD (r= -.77, p<.01), depression subscale (r=-.73, p<.01) and impaired thoughts (r=-.77, p<.01) post-test.</li></li></ul><li>Mobile Psycho-technology: Voice messages by Mobile Phone for Emotional Regulation.<br />CONCLUSIONS<br />Mobile voice messages helped students:<br /><ul><li> to better self-regulate emotions.
