1. • As a workflow record moves between route steps, the action is recorded and
can be viewed on the record’s Routing Progress screen.
• The Processes and Steps the record has already passed through, along with
the other pertinent information is displayed on the Actions Taken tab.
• The Workflow Action Audit Data (WAAD) provides recorded workflow actions
for auditing purposes.
