  10. 10. We started visiting youth workers and conducted interviews. INTERVIEWS
  11. 11. Insights: •  Data is perceived as cold and static. Youth care is empathetic and intuitive. •  Youth workers DON’T want to work behind laptops, computers and screens. •  Youth care professionals are looking for confirmation when it comes to determining a treatment.
  12. 12. CO-DESIGN We started co-designing with a team of experts, youth care experts, data scientist, designers.
  13. 13. We tested our prototypes on their desirability and usefulness. And co-designed an improved concept. DESIRABILITY TEST
