  2. 2. Why Should We Give? 1) To be free from the bondage of money. 2) To receive God’s blessings. 3) To further the work of God’s kingdom. 4) To express our commitment to Jesus. 5) To obey and please the Lord.
  3. 3. Tithing Is An Expression Of At Least Six Important Things 1) It is the acknowledgment of God as the real Owner of everything. 2) It is a believer’s expression of faith in God’s provision. 3) It is a test of our continued obedience and trustworthiness to God and His Word.

Tithing Is An Expression Of At Least Six Important Things 4) It is an act of investing wisely in the future. 5) It is a continued reminder of God’s universal law of investment and return. 6) It demonstrates our belief that God has established the Church to accomplish His purposes in the world
  5. 5. How To Develop The Habit Of Tithing Determine to give systematically. Determine to give proportionately. Determine to give generously. Determine to give cheerfully. Determine to give thankfully. Determine to obey and prove God.
