Network Breeding Germplasm Development and Exchange Generating segregating populations: were advanced at both sites Chitedze and Bembeke Nurseries : Chitedze 47 and Bembeke 36 nurseries Trials: Yield trials were conducted for different objectives, and regional trials were distributed across countries. g Breeder Seed Production: Chitedze increased seed for all the ten released varieties Winter Seed Multiplication-Liwonde: Seed increase for nurseries and segregating breeding lines – for distribution in 2010-11
