Cyprium Mining, as the wholly-owned subsidiary of Freyja Resources Inc., is a publicly-traded mineral exploration company which targets the acquisition and development of mining assets in Northern Mexico. Cyprium Mining’s business approach to mining calls for establishing production in the short-term and maximizing the potential of projects by funding exploration through the cash generated by production rather than equity financings, thus limiting shareholder dilution.

  2. 2. Freyja Resources Caution Regarding Forward Looking Statements This presentation contains forward‐looking statements that are not based on historical facts, but rather on current expectations and projections about future events and they are subject to risks and uncertainties. All of the facts and figures in this presentation are NI 43-101 compliant, unless indicated. These risks and uncertainties could cause actual results to differ materially from the future results expressed or implied by the forward‐looking statements. Such risks may include, without limitation: risks and uncertainties relating to foreign currency fluctuations; risks inherent in mining including environmental hazards, unusual or unexpected geological formations, ground control problems and flooding; risks associated with the estimation of mineral resources and reserves and the geology, grade and continuity of mineral deposits; the possibility that that future exploration, development or mining results will not be consistent with the Company’s expectations; the potential for and effects of labor disputes or other unanticipated difficulties with or shortages of labor or interruptions in production; actual ore mined varying from estimates of grade, tonnage, dilution and metallurgical and other characteristics; the inherent uncertainty of production and cost estimates and the potential for unexpected costs and expenses; and commodity price fluctuations. Investors should note that Freyja does not have a defined NI 43-101 resource and that a feasibility study has not been completed.
