TITLE JUSTIFICATION
• Instant bank loan approval application is used for the both customers and
bank staff for getting loan easily.
• Loans are approved instantly by the admin of the bank.
• Instant bank loan application is used to shown the all the details of
the loan holders like loan payments, due dates, due amount etc.

ABSTRACT
• The main objective of developing this project is to handle the all details of Loans and
Investments in the bank.
• The project has been developed to smoothen the processing of Loans in banks. Our
proposed project automates the loan process from both, bankers as well as customer’s
side.
• Customer can apply for a loan and after approved it they can track their details from
online. Instant bank loan is a very efficient process to handle all loan related transaction
in a very accurate and convenient way.
• Bank loan management system is an interface which facilitates a customer to apply for a
loan online and to track the status from time-to-time.

INTRODUCTION
• Instant bank loan approval application project customer can apply for loan through online.
Customer need to enter loan applications through online. Staff or admin has authority to
approve or reject loan applications
• Customer can make loan payment through online. After the payment the system generates
receipt with total paid amount and balance amount. The system calculates processing charge
and late payment fee automatically.
• Administrator can view payment details, loan account details, pending payment details,
terminated accounts, etc.
• This system is designed to easily maintain the data of the loan customers specifically.
Customer can apply for loan without visiting bank.

INTRODUCTION
• This system is made to keep the records about customers who taken a loan from a bank. This
system allows customers to make payment through online.
• Customer can apply for loan account through online. Customer needs to fill their requirements
in loan application.
• The administrator is the main user of this web application and he can add employee details,
Loan types, penality charges etc.
• Users can apply for as needed money but after the reviewed the files the sanctioned amount
will be given to those users with some bond and some proofs.

EXISTING SYSTEM
• At present the finance division does not have any automated system to manage
the data of Loans. They have to rely on manual system which is time consuming.
• Existing system doesn't maintain details with proper security and can’t track
details easily.
• It doesn’t allow the customer to check their profile in proper way which leads
customer dissatisfaction. And any addition, deletion or modification to any data
or retrieval of data requires lot of time and effort.
• It does not provide option to download loan form. Existing system doesn’t
contains functionalities of fast retrieval information such as customer details and
maintenance of all the loan details so it involves lots of paperwork.

PROPOSED SYSTEM
• The proposed system is a web based automated application and maintains a
centralized repository of all related information.
• The system maintains the records of the loan details for every user. On a regular
basis it notifies the users to pay their loan amount.
• The customer can directly apply for a loan by application and loan type from the list
available. Here once the customer fills basic enquiry form, it reaches the bank
server so he gets a login id password.
• The application is received by loan agency who will have Admin to approval. The
server administrator now can check it and select whether to go forward or reject the
candidate. This system can be controlled by the administrator.

• User friendly with clean simple CSS style in webpage.
• More security compared to pervious existing system.
• Loan is limited for every person based on their CBSIL score

MODULES
ADMIN MODULE:
• Admin is the one who verifies the user or the customer which is going to register
itself on the loan application.
• There can be only one account of admin and all other accounts can be either of
users or customer.
REGISTRATION MODULE:
• In the registration module the user has to fill required data that are mentioned in
the above blank spaces.
• After filling all the details click on register button it is redirected to login page.

MODULES
LOGIN MODULE:
• In the login module the user has to enter correct details that are given in above
registration page, If the details are valid it is incorrect it will redirect to login page
again.
CUSTOMER MODULE:
• Customer module is for the user who is taking loan from the source so, the
customer can view balance of loan in that module after login process.

CONCLUSION
• This software reduces the amount of manual data import and provides
more performance. Its system is very friendly and can easily be used by
anyone.
• It also reduces the amount of time it takes to document customer
information and other modules.
• Finally, we can say that this software performs all the tasks correctly and
performs the task.
