  8. What is this? Exactly, a coat rack. Now, imagine 80% of your workforce leaving 80% of who they are as a human being on that coat rack together with their coat. Every morning of every week of every month of every year…… All they bring to their work space is their functional skills. On average 80% of the workforce in companies is disengaged!!!! Relevance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace, in a business environment not making the mix work costs customers and money! How is that in your organisation?

Compare it to a garden. You make sure that the soil is fertile, that there’s enough light, and enough water. And you make space for the people to decide if they want to be a tree, a bush, grass, or a flower, which flower, and which color, even when they bloom.
