Environmental Science at Baylor- Institute of Environmental Studies was founded in 1969- Interdisciplinary degrees (BA, BS, MS, PhD)- Excellent research experiences for undergraduates; award winning graduate student research in env. toxicology, chemistry, risk- Doubled faculty in the past five years; 25 across four departments- State of the science and globally unique research facilities

B.S. in Environmental Health Science- National accreditation allows student to access unique opportunitieswith the U.S. Public Health Service- Toxicology, Environmental Chemistry, Epidemiology,Biostatistics, Risk Assessment, Environmental Laware required courses…- Sustainability themes throughout the degree- Internship is required in the practice of EH- Research is encouraged and supported- Many career options; marketability- Significant national needs
