And one day, I found LATISM. Social Media isn’t a fad, it’s a fundamental shift in the way we communicate We no longer search for products and services, they find us via social media Because of the speed in which social media enables communication, word of mouth now becomes world of mouth Do you like what they are saying about your brand? They are public and available to anyone.    Users can subscribe to your tweets. By following you, they become your followers   Your followers receive every one of your tweets in their timeline, which is a feed of all the accounts they have subscribed to
