This document outlines an agenda for a workshop about developing positive workplace culture. The workshop will include presentations from two speakers with experience transforming workplace culture, followed by moderator-led discussions and conclusions. Speaker 1 will discuss her experience changing culture at Quintiles Belgium, while Speaker 2 will focus on transforming people management practices. The goal of the workshop is to share best practices, discuss tools for cultural change, and brainstorm new ways to motivate employees. The workshop aims to make participants more visionary in their approaches to building strong organizational culture and community.
