3D CPU INTEL i7 Release 22nm Tri-gate Transistors
3D Transistor Intel Ultra Thin 22nm 50% Less Mobile Power Consumption. iHuman Evolution, Oregon web developer confirms Intel is set to release its new CPU codenamed “Ivy Bridge”, the 22nm die shrink of the Sandy Bridge, first ever tri-gate 3D transistor micro architecture. The new i7 INTEL 3D multi gate field Ivy Bridge will be released on or about April 26th. The Intel i7 series processor delivers crystal clear 3D multimedia graphics, video and animations with 50% less power consumption says James Rickman, Director, iHuman Media. We tested a prototype in the lab. It’s a powerful chip set that will provide better video and ultra-fast interactive capabilities on mobile devices. The 3D image resolutions looked great in the demo tests for gaming and social media content. Manufacturers like Apple computer, Acer, Samsung and Toshiba, all plan to release ultra-thin mobile devices based on the Ivy Bridge CPU architecture.
