  5. 5. Deal With Stress Stress is a part of life and affects people in different ways. Some time it makes you feel uncomfortable or distressed. A balanced lifestyle like breathing exercise, yoga or meditation can help you manage stress better. Most importantly if necessary ask for help from friends rather than battling stress alone.
