The Alzheimer’s Foundation of America (AFA) provides care and
support to individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias,

The National Institute on Aging funds Alzheimer’s Disease Centers
(ADCs) at major medical institutions across the U.S. Researchers at
these Centers focus on the program’s long-term goal—finding a way to
cure and possibly prevent AD.
