Launching his career at FX Networks, services for the entertainment industry he later worked at FOX Broadcasting Company and the Studio City agency. Winn was recruited to built the• By leveraging the intense creativity and hustle of a broadcast promotion division at Trailer Park, and while there, transitioned into theatrical trailers and became boutique shop with an integrated service offering an award-winning senior editor. Winn took a short (editorial, production and digital motion), The Refinery break to co-direct, produce and edit the award-winning AV has established itself as one of the select go-to feature, My Date with Drew. Then, looking to enhance agencies for entertainment companies his marketing perspective, Winn moved to the studio side as Vice President of Creative Services at Disney Studios.
