1. Desire – Here I decided to use an over shoulder shot to show that there is someone looking down at
the car as if he really wants it. As you can see there is more car than person in the image as its
meant to convey the fact that he puts his desire in front of everything else this is his biggest goal.
Greed - Here I decided to take another over shoulder shot to connote the idea that he is angry at the
idea that he does not have enough money. And there is 60% money machine and 40 % person to
show that he is pushing the machine somehow change those numbers so that he is in front and more
wealthy.
Loneliness – Here I took a high angle shot to show that he is beneath us. You could say that this is a
continuation of the image above all the money made him miserable and drove away everyone he
knew and all is left are the notes that continue to corrupt his mind.
2. Danger – For danger I wanted to show it
without just the colour red or a sign. I wanted to show real physical danger and incorporate camera
angles to further suggest the danger. We did a higher wide angle shot to show that he is indeed lying
on a road and that there are cars there. The higher angle further showed this and also that he is
below us as if he is vulnerable.
Fear – For this I wanted to incorporate the
extreme close up which is basically where you
zoom extremely close to an object or something
on someone to show some sort of emotion. In
some horror movies they would incorporate this
in this case the eye as you can usually see the
fear in somebody's eye.
Love – Here we decided to just take a
picture of a red flower in the form of a
close up. The main part of the flower is in
the group of thirds as it’s in the middle
meaning that it’s all that matters ignore all
the horrible stuff around it and focus on
the love.
3. Wealth– For wealth I wanted to show 2 people one sit-
ting down and one standing up to give you the idea of
who is wealthy. Conveying it this way to show the com-
parison between the two. As you can see the man
standing up if throwing something at him it’s not shut-
ter speed for you to guess what he is throwing at the
man sitting down and you can argue its blurry because
of all the money he is throwing at him.
Purity – We decided to do purity with someone wearing
white to connote innocence and purity as well with the
flower in the rule of thirds being in the middle to show
peace all in close up shot of some one’s chest.
Weakness – I wanted to show weakness in
the form of a flower in the sense that from
the looks of it has no chance of being able
to grow to the way it once was it was taken
on a high angle to show the weakness and
to the slouched down brown stems.
4. Strength – Here I did a low angle shot looking
up to make him look strong and heroic and
above us in terms of power and strength as he
taken picking up a table.
Poverty – I decided to portray poverty with weak-
ness as someone who people would assume to be
weak or poor and people tend to associate that
with homeless people so we did a high angle shot to
portray this. The image is a little blurry to show that
he is away from the horrors of reality and dreaming
of a way of success as he sits next to a bunch of tro-
phies which could be his future plan.
Friendship – I decided to do a wide angle
shot to show friendship to convey the fact
there are just two friends and nothing else
matters in the background.
