“Each TMS Health Partners’ facility is designed to enhance patient
treatments by providing a high-quality environment for both employees
and patients. Care has been taken to ensure that consult and treatment
rooms are designed to give physicians and clinicians the physical tools
they need to effectively and efficiently deliver treatments in a positive and
professional work environment.
Most importantly, the patient experience has been carefully considered from the moment they
walk in the door through the conclusion of their treatment. This includes pleasant and
welcoming reception and waiting areas to help transition patients from the outside world and
make them more comfortable and ready for treatment.
Similarly, treatment and consult rooms have been conceived as warm, calm and natural spaces
that will provide an inspiring and relaxing, non-clinical environment throughout the course of the
multiple visits required for effective treatment.” -- Josh Heitler
