What makes a successful Tweetup? <ul><li>Plan a least 2 weeks ahead of time </li></ul><ul><li>Create a hashtag </li></ul><ul><li>Create a profile on an social media event site </li></ul><ul><li>Let @BostonTweetUp know </li></ul><ul><li>Get a photographer </li></ul><ul><li>Have nametags available </li></ul><ul><li>Have at least 2 or 3 other well known folks help not only promote but also attend event </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Visit location and coordinate free food and/or drinks </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Be a welcoming host, greet everyone and introduce everyone to everyone else </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>See if you can get a section of the bar if it's in a bar </li></ul></ul>
