FIVE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR SUCCESSFUL AGENCY REFORM IMPLEMENTATION A survey that informs action on mandated reform Reform today is viewed by U.S. government (and commercial) leaders as the new normal. It’s no longer defined by episodic change, but by the continuous evolution of technologies, policies, procedures and strategic thinking. Today’s leaders charged with implementing reform must not approach it as a one-time fix, but as a normal part of their organization’s day-to-day mission. Booz Allen Hamilton and FedScoop collaborated on a survey of more than 195 government and private sector decision-makers on what is needed to successfully execute mandated reform.
