RESPONSIBILITIES:
Report to the IT Manager in all IT administrative related for the company and its subsidiaries

- SAP Business One print layout design

I started my Advanced Diploma in Computer Studies (ADCS) in Informatics Institute of Computer during 2002 until 2005.
This course build my foundation on IT which including networking, programming, database design and some project
management skill. I went through my first SDLC in my final project, which is a Dance Studio project done with using Visual
Basic and Access Database.
I continue my 1 year Degree’s study in University of Southern Queensland (USQ) from 2005 to 2006. The place I was
studying actually located at Informatics campus in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. From here I learned some additional system
analysis knowledge, which including advance SDLC, marketing, data analysis (statistic), and some technical skill like SQL
with Oracle and VBA with excel. No Final year project as it was exempted because already done in ADCS previous year.
From 2006 to 2015, I worked in Challenger Technologies, Singapore, as MIS Executive. Initially my main task here is
providing front desk support which including desktop, server, point of sales machine (POS), and setup for trade shows. After
that I have chances to maintain server like Exchange, SQL server, etc. I was also worked as System Integrator during 2009
to 2010 which providing IT services to external client, 1 year later I went back my original roles as MIS Executive.
During the period working in Challenger, the retails store was increased from 3 up to 40 retail outlets. I get involved in 4
times system migrations, and helping project manager to manipulate data migration and helping coordination between end
user and developers. I was also responsible in reports design using Crystal Reports, and I replaced it with SQL Server
Reporting Services for better distribution. I also continue study here and get my MCSA in 2008.
In 2013, I was assigned to maintain Business Intelligent utilities called ZAP, and liaise with the ZAP developer in changing
and enhancement on the ZAP ETL and CUDE design, in order to allow end user build their own reports. In the same year I

In 2015, a headhunting company called me and offered me work in KOASTAL Industries, which is an oil and gas industries
company, and they migrating Microsoft Dynamic into SAP B1 with HANA Database. I think is a chance to learn a non-
Microsoft technology and took the offer on November 2015 by giving up upcoming AWS.
I am working in KOASTAL Industries as SAP IT Administrator. Main job function here is administering the SAP B1 and
creates reports with Crystal Report and import into B1. Other job functions here are also including 1st to 3rd level IT
support.
My next plan is to get certified with ITIL Expert level within 2 years in order to get involvement in IT services management.
