processed books:
- 8 170 records done
- available in the library catalogue /internally/
- 3 cataloguers hired are capable to make 16 records
per day
- 2 units creators
- external .xls database with the provenance signs
- more than 1 600 provenance signs were
discovered (not 1 600 formal owners)

10. To present and promote knowledge about the
processed books:
- negotiations with other Czech libraries started
- research libraries in České Budějovice, Liberec,
Hradec Králové
- OAI-PMH protocol set up
- first library is running
- 12 000 library records seems to be reached

14. To prepare professional analysis about the
legal status of the books:
- analysis is ready and prepare for our usage
- Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague
- prof. JUDr. Jan Kuklík, DrSc.
- Mgr. Daniela Němečková
- the aim of the analysis was to declare the current
legal state-of-art of the books, which are
processed in the project
- National Library can add these books to its
collections and preserve them for the future

16. PR of the project in the Czech Republic and
Norway:
- final conferences dates are agreed
- 16. 3. 2015 – Kristiansad
- 31. 3. 2015 – Prague
- 4 internal Books discovered once again seminars
- first two (Prague, Kristiansand) were successful
- third seminar is runnig
- fourth seminar will be held in Prague in December
- physical and virtual exhibitions
- physical exhibition will take place in Klementinum
- duration will specified
- close contacts with the library specialist about the
scenario

17. PR of the project in the Czech Republic and
Norway:
- virtual exhibiton
- Stiftelsen Arkivet has made a great job
- National Library of CR prepared as much sources
as it was possible
- separate topic for the running meeting
- getting in the touch with the experts and researches
- promotion via social media, conferences, lectures for
university students, articles etc.

- outputs for the virtual and physical exhibit, project
webpage, proffesional research paper etc.
- 4 personal libraries and 4 institutional libraries
were selected and prepare for the microstories:
